Anecdote 08-0778

Me and a friend called Maggie, a tall light skinned beautiful girl are seated in the cafeteria talking about the class we have just come from, the lecturer’s mood and how much we enjoyed the class. She the explains her respect for authority and good nature revealing her disciplined character which made me want to know more. She then explains that this character trait is a result of her upbringing, her father a raised them to obey elders and respect them since they are older and are owed the respect. She recalls an incident where her father took her to see an old relative who explained the benefits of obedience and showed her an example of a girl in the village who was disobedient and how sad her life had turned out.
